Special Association Meeting Approves Lower Interest Rate February 7, 2012 The Condo Association members approved new loan terms with First Niagra Bank lowering the rate to 5%. This will reduce the loan payment by $1181 per month and lock the new rate for five years. Board President Arnold Haspel said the Association has been paying the loan off faster than required and might have the loan paid off in as little as six years. Missing Your Car Keys? The Hampshire House lost and found collection now includes two car key cases. Please contact the staff if you have lost keys in the parking lot or garage. Important Notice to Hampshire House Residents! September 7, 2011 LAUNDRY ROOM SERVICE: As most of you are aware, we will be changing Laundry Room Service providers effective November 1, 2011. MacGray company's contract was not renewed so they will be removing their washers and dryers on or before November 1st. The existing cards will no longer be valid. This memo is intended to give notice to residents to not put additional funds on their cards and to try to use the existing balance prior to the change of companies. You will receive further instructions regarding the procedures that Laundarama, the new company, will put into place for residents prior to November 1st. SPRINKLER SYSTEM: We recently replace all the fire sprinklers on the ground floor in both buildings. This area includes individuals' storage bins. We would like to remind you that state Fire Code dictates that items may not be placed within 18 inches of the sprinkler heads. Please check the items in your storage bins to be sure that you are not in violation of the Fire Code. Should you have any questions regarding these matters, please speak with Jim Karam or G & W Management. News! 7 Sept 2011 Work On Upper Parking Deck Scheduled Friday, Sept 9 Thru Sunday, Sept 11 On Friday September 9, 2011, ALL vehicles parked on the upper deck will need to be moved for the weekend. We request that you use your garage spot or the Trout Brook Drive spot if you have one. Anyone having an extra spot in the garage or on Trout Brook Drive, who would like to let someone use it for the weekend, please contact Jim Karam. We would like to keep as many vehicles off of the street as possible. Work being done on the upper deck will consist of Power Washing, Painting and Repairs to the deck. The deck will be closed Friday 9/9, Saturday 9/10 and Sunday 9/11. Vehicles may be returned to the Deck on Monday 9/12. Street Parking will be allowed. If you do not have a Hampshire House Parking Sticker, please see Jim. Stickers have to be stuck on the REAR window, driver's side. You will be allowed to park in the driveway side of 893 and in the 15 minute Parking Area. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
