Pool Rules 2011 Pool Memo The old "Public Offering Statement" and Bylaws are not available in digital format. The Association Board has chosen to hire an attorney to rewrite the old public offering as a condominium association declaration to comply with recent changes to Connecticut state statutes. The new declaration will be sent to all owners and posted on this site before the Association vote whether to accept the changes. The following document contains the original rules of the condominium from the initial public offering when the apartments became condominiums. These rules are still in place. Exhibit C |
